Here's the thing, most sleeping bags are designed around a single temperature rating. That works well on paper, but real trips rarely stay within 'designed for' limits.
Over the years, we’ve found ourselves carrying bags that were too warm, too bulky, or not warm enough when conditions changed. The result was either discomfort or carrying unnecessary weight, sweating or freezing....
That’s why we started developing a modular alternative.
The Tundra Quilt System is designed as a layered sleep system rather than a fixed-season sleeping bag. Instead of choosing one temperature rating, you adapt insulation to the conditions you’re actually facing.
It’s a simple idea, but one that makes sense for riders and travellers who experience varied weather across trips.
