The goal of the Tundra Quilt System was never to chase extreme temperature claims or ultralight numbers.
Instead, we are focusing on:
- Adaptability across seasons
- Simple, durable construction
- Insulation that performs in real-world conditions
The system consists of two quilts — a Summer layer (Base) and a Winter layer (Thermo) — that can be used independently or combined using metal poppers. Each quilt packs separately, allowing you to tailor what you carry rather than committing to a single bulky sleeping bag or take Both to ensure comfort not matter what mother nature has to throw your way.
Synthetic “down-like” insulation was chosen for its ability to retain warmth when damp, dry quickly, and remain easy to care for — qualities that matter more on the road than in a lab.
As with all ADV Products gear, the emphasis is on practicality over marketing claims.
