shelters.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eTwo in particular stood out.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThey were incredibly stable in strong winds, offered a huge amount of living space and packed surprisingly small.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWhen those tents disappeared from the market, it left us asking a simple question.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eWhy wasn't anyone building something like this anymore?\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eRather than trying to copy what came before, we used those ideas as a starting point and set out to build a modern \u003cstrong\u003emodular shelter\u003c\/strong\u003e using today's materials and everything we'd learnt from years of camping.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eNot to reinvent the Lavvu.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eTo refine it for the way Adventurers travel today.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch2\u003eSpace Without the Bulk\u003c\/h2\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eOne of the biggest frustrations with camping shelters is the compromise between pack size and living space.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eSmall tents often feel restrictive.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eLarger tents become bulky and difficult to carry.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWe believed there was a better balance.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003ePacked away, the Lavvu Modular Tent measures just \u003cstrong\u003e30 × 25 × 25 cm\u003c\/strong\u003e — smaller than many adventure motorcycle helmets.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eOnce pitched, it creates a surprisingly spacious shelter with room to sleep, cook, wait out bad weather or simply enjoy being outdoors.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eSmall to carry.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eGenerous to live chosen to balance durability, weight and pack size without sacrificing the strength needed for years of adventure.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eSetup was kept intentionally simple.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eNo complicated pole systems.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eNo unnecessary faff after a long day outdoors.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe aim was always to spend less time pitching camp and more time enjoying where you've arrived.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe modular design means the shelter can be adapted to suit the trip.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eUse ideas don't always come from us either.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eDuring development, Adventurers shared their thoughts and experiences.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eOne simple suggestion was to allow the flysheet door to zip from both directions, improving ventilation in warm conditions.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIt was a better idea than ours.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eSo we built it that way.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch2\u003eBuilt for Real Adventures\u003c\/h2\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eNo two trips are ever the same.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eOne weekend might mean travelling light on a motorcycle.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe next could be camping with family or spending several days exploring further from home.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe Lavvu Modular Tent adapts to both.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIts strength comes not from doing one thing exceptionally well, but from giving you the flexibility to make it work for the adventure you've
